Refund Rules for Top-Ups

Top-ups to your Fraîche wallet are non-refundable, but don’t worry — your balance never expires and can be used anytime.

If you request a refund for an item purchased using wallet funds:

• 💸 The refund will be sent back to the original payment method used for the top-up
  (For example, if you used Apple Pay, the refund will return to your Apple Pay account.)

• ⏳ Refunds may take 2 to 5 business days to appear on your credit card or payment statement, depending on your bank or provider.
