“Insufficient Funds” or Fridge Won’t Open

If you're seeing an “Insufficient Funds” error, it means your wallet balance has dropped below - $5.

Here’s how to fix it:

1. 💳 Go to Account → My Wallet in the app.

2. ➕ Add a payment method or top up your wallet (minimum $10).

3. ✅ Once your balance is above -$5, you'll be able to unlock the fridge again.

📌 Tip: To avoid this issue in the future, turn on Auto-Clear Balance in your wallet settings — it’ll automatically use your saved card if your balance gets too low.
