If you're not seeing your company credits, here are a few quick things to check:

Are you signed in with your work email?
Company credits only apply if you're logged in with the professional email registered with your employer. -
Did you just update your email?
If so, close the app completely and reopen it to apply the change. -
Still not seeing credits?
Try refreshing the home screen by scrolling down — this often forces an update.
